Here is some of the sales generating copy I've written.
This print ad for BioFit Engineered Products ran in a trade publication in full color.The target audience was in the electronics manufacturing and assembly industries.
I came up with the headline: "Static Is Good"
and recommended the visual of the eel to grab the readers' attention. It worked because STATIC is the ENEMY in their industry.
Of course, the copy went on to say "Static is good... if you're an electric eel." and to explain how BioFit products effectively prevent static.
Nearly 400 responses were received from this ad in the first month that it ran. A record for this advertiser! Multiple new accounts resulted. Why? Because we first grabbed the attention of the prospects who want and need the products. Then we built our case for how our product meets their greatest need (to control static).
We included web info and a snail mail reply form, plus a toll-free phone number so prospects had options when responding. Of course, we TOLD prospects to get in touch. Always ask for action!
